Bilang kinatawan ng PINOY akoy buong galang na nagpapasalamat sa lahat na sumali at nag register sa PINOY faction.
Ang PINOY ay binuo upang mag sama-sama ang lahat ng ating lahi na nagmula pa sa ibat-ibat bansa para sa nag iisang at bukod tanging laro na hinahangaan ng karamihan ang PERFECT WORLD INTERNATIONAL.
Bilang tugon sa paksa na ito ang PINOY hindi magiging matagumpay kung wala ang mahahalagang batas na dapat ipatupad nito.
Ang Mga Batas na Dapat Sundin:
1. Higit sa lahat pinapauna ko na po ang pagbibigay
galang (respect) sa bawat isa. Higit na magiging matagumpay ang PINOY kung bawat-isa mayroong paggalang sa kanilang nasasakupan. Ang pag-uugali na ito ay tinuro ng ating mga magulang sana po ibahagi natin ito.
2. Ang pagiging
tapat (honest) isa sa pangalawa dapat ibahagi ninyo po sa PINOY. Tandaan po natin ang pagiging tapat sa kapwa ay nagkakaroon na maraming biyaya tulad ng pagkakaroon ng mabubuting kaibigan.

Maunawin (understanding) pangatlo kailangan ng PINOY. Alam natin ang bawat tao ay hindi magkapareha ng pag-uugali bilang tugon sa paksa na ito sana po ibahagi nyo ang mahaba ninyong pag papasinya sa lahat ng tao’ng inyong makakasalamuha mag mula man sa PINOY o sa ibang faction.

(Helpful) Matulungin ang isa sa pang-apat na kailangan na ipaunawa sa lahat kasapi ng PINOY. Alam nating hindi lahat ng tao naglalaro sa PWI ay alam na ang lahat. Sana po maging mabuting halimbawa tayo sa kanila lalo na po sa mga nangangailangan.
Ito ang mga apat ng (basic attitude) na dapat nating ibahagi sa PINOY. Napakadali lang diba? Pero hindi lahat ng tao nakakagawa nyan. Kaya inaasahan ko sa lahat kung mga kababayan nawa’y magawa po natin ito. Bilang pang huli gusto ko po ipaabot sa lahat na ang requirement po sa pag iinvite o pag-aanyaya ay magmumula po sa
lvl 50+.
